Ms. Scott is a Senior Vice President in the Dallas headquarters of Estrada Hinojosa with over 30 years of professional experience in public finance. She joined Estrada Hinojosa in 2019.  Ms. Scott has served as Lead or Co-Lead Banker to numerous municipal clients including school districts, cities, counties, higher education institutions, school, toll road authorities, airports, and transit authorities as an underwriter or financial advisor. She has completed over  600 transactions with a combined par value of over $10 Billion in debt financings. She has experience with competitive and negotiating bond sales for both tax-exempt and taxable new money and refunding bonds issues.

Before joining Estrada Hinojosa, Ms. Scott spent the tenure of her career as a Vice President for Southwest Securities, Inc. and known today as Hilltop Securities. She managed public finance team members through the coordination of capital improvement projects, bond elections, bond refinancing, and continuing disclosure issues.  She served as municipal finance liaison for successful completion of transactions to municipal issuers, financial advisors, underwriters, attorneys, rating agencies representatives, bond insurance representatives to insure accuracy and time specific goals developed by the finance team.  Ms. Scott clients included the City of Dallas, City of Grand Prairie, City of Ferris, Dallas College, Dallas ISD, Fort Worth ISD, Wylie ISD, Garland ISD, NTTA, DART, DFW Airport, Dallas Housing Authority, Dallas Housing Finance and Dallas Corporation, and Trinity Metro.

Ms. Scott received her B.B.A. and M.B.A. from Texas Woman’s University. She holds the following Licenses 50, 52, 63. She is a member of Women in Public Finance and has served on numerous boards in the community.
