Kelli Ross recently joined Estrada Hinojosa as Senior Vice President in Institutional Sales. Her extensive municipal bond industry experience and expertise was developed primarily when working at First Southwest and Smith Barney in various roles: Institutional Sales, Treasury Asset Management and Municipal Underwriter.

Initially during her tenure at First Southwest, she oversaw the investment transactions involving high profile public entity clients for the Treasury Asset Management Department as it related to their bond proceeds and operational funds.  She was responsible for implementing and monitoring investment strategies.

In 2007 she transitioned into Institutional Sales with a focus on RIAs, Community Banks, Public Entities and Insurance Companies.

Prior to First Southwest, Ms. Ross served as the Competitive Municipal Underwriter for the Southwest Region at Smith Barney which included the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, New Mexico and Colorado.

She holds a Series 7 and 63 license from FINRA.
